Con aria assonnata e post sbornia a mezzogiorno ci dice.. "Ngul' ier so venut um bo' di amici, m' so sviat mò, sem fatt' um bo' di bagordi"..&lt;br /&gt;e noi.. (o come direbbe zoran, del "food").. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;per incrementare le calorie della giornata ci siamo avvalsi della collaborazione di due validissimi riders, i foggianelli, specializzati da sempre nella preparazione atletica al cibo..&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;equipaggiamento del perfetto rider:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;(a persona)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-3 hg di mortadella (tagliata spessa..non fine mi raccomando)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-3 hg di salame&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-3 hg di ventricina&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-1 kg di pane "pugliese"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-3 peroni da 0,66&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-cioccolate sparse nelle varie tasche (non si sa mai)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-pacco di sigarette da fumare in mezzo la pista &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; Mi sembra giusto ripartire con un intervento significativo, segnalandovi la seconda performance di Graziano Cecchini, l'uomo che buttò litri e litri di vernice rossa nella fontana di Trevi.&lt;br /&gt;Qui sotto, riporto l'articolo dal corriere della sera:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;500mila palline a Piazza di Spagna, «Rosso-Trevi»&lt;/strong&gt; torna a colpire.&lt;br /&gt;Sfere di plastica da Trinità dei Monti . Il gesto rivendicato da Graziano Cecchini, il tintore della Fontana ROMA - Il tintore di Fontana di Trevi torna a colpire. E lo fa lanciando mezzo milione di palline di plastica colorate da Trinità dei Monti, che hanno raggiunto e colorato, rimbalzando sulla famosissima scalinata, la fontana di Piazza di Spagna, tra lo stupore di passanti e turisti. &lt;strong&gt;RIVENDICAZIONE&lt;/strong&gt; - Un nuovo gesto plateale rivendicato da Graziano Cecchini, &lt;a href="http://www.corriere.it/cronache/07_ottobre_19/fontana_trevi_rossa.shtml" target=""&gt;l'uomo che tinse di rosso l'acqua della Fontana di Trevi nell'ottobre scorso&lt;/a&gt;. «È un'operazione artistica che documenta con l'arte il problema che abbiamo in Italia», ha detto lo stesso Cecchini sul posto. «Ci raccontano - ha detto ancora - tante bugie che non sono nè di destra nè di sinistra». I carabinieri hanno in seguito fermato Cecchini, insieme ad altre tre persone.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«QUADRICROMIA»&lt;/strong&gt; - «Dal Rosso Trevi alla quadricromia» - si legge nei volantini distribuiti subito dopo l'azione compiuta a piazza di Spagna - dal titolo «I fratelli d'Italia si son rotti le palle». Parlando con i giornalisti, Graziano Cecchini ha fatto riferimento a Napoli: «Questa mattina qui hanno ritirato l'immondizia tre volte mentre ci raccontano che non è possibile costruire termovalorizzatori quando in Germania esistono inceneritori al centro della città». E allora Cecchini si pone la domanda: «chi sono i veri camorristi? Sono coloro che dicono no alle nuove tecnologie. Con l'arte voglio ribadire anche questo». I colori delle palline non sono stati scelti a caso, erano infatti in maggioranza rosse, per ricordare il rosso della Fontana di Trevi. Mentre alcuni esponenti delle forze dell'ordine cercavano di identificare Cecchini chiedendogli i documenti di identità l'artistà mostrava alle telecamere una pallina multicolore diversa dalle altre che, «se Veltroni vorrà, riceverà in regalo».&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PULIZIA&lt;/strong&gt; - A Piazza di Spagna intanto sono arrivati addetti del decoro urbano del comune di Roma e operatori dell'Ama, che hanno iniziato a ripulire la scalinata e la piazza dalle palline. Addetti dell'azienda che si occupa dei rifiuti nella Capitale, con alcuni retini stanno raccogliendo le palline colorate, altri stanno facendo scivolare le palline rimaste sulla scalinata. Intorno all'area recintata della fontana della Barcaccia passanti e turisti continuano incuriositi a scattare fotografie e raccogliere le palline.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«INACCETTABILE»&lt;/strong&gt; - «Tale comportamento non è accettabile. Errare humanum est, perseverare è diabolico». L'assessore comunale alla sicurezza Jean Leonard Touadi è giunto a Piazza di Spagna dopo che le forze dell'ordine avevano recintato l'area, dopo il lancio di migliaia di palline colorate dalla scalinata. «La ricerca di pubblicità - ha aggiunto Touadì - a spese dell'immagine di una città non è divertente. Il team di casa Mancini, in compagnia di Glory, è sceso in strada per la consueta battaglia tra le auto. Dopo un po' di riscaldamento, quache doloroso tuffo su discese pavimentate e ghiacciate, quache kg di neve in faccia e in bocca, i tre artisti si cimentano nella costruzione e la modellazione di un mega Pucazzo. Sai che sapore hanno la colla, la balsa, il poliplat e il cartoncino&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 2. Ti chiedono continuamente: 'e..questa faccia?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 3. Hai cambiato il tuo vocabolario drasticamente (consegna, revisione...')&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 4. Riesci a spendere delle cifre esorbitanti in libreria, ancora di più in cartoleria... &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 5. Odi che i tuoi genitori ti dicano "Vai a dormire!!, Se non riesci a finire,...vai a letto!!"...o anche semplicemente la domanda "ti manca molto?", ti può irritare &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 6. Hai dormito più di 20 ore di seguito in un fine settimana. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 7. Puoi parlare con sicurezza del contenuto di caffeina nelle varie bibite e della loro rispettiva efficacia. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 8. Non importa quanto ti sforzi per fare il tuo miglior progetto, ci sarà sempre qualcuno che dirà 'perché non gli metti questo, o gli Cambi quello' o... 'sei sulla buona strada però ancora manca tanto...'. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 9. Hai ascoltato tutti i tuoi cd e mp3 in meno di 48 ore.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 10. Non sei visto in pubblico senza occhiaie&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 11. Quando ti invitano a uscire, subito dopo ti chiedono:... o hai una consegna? &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 12. Sei capace di riciclare l'impensabile quando si tratta di dover fare un modellino&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 13. Hai ballato la macarena con coreografia alle 4 della mattina senza una goccia d'alcool in corpo. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 14. Costantemente cerchi scuse per spiegare ai tuoi professori, di materie che non sono disegno, il perché non hai fatto gli esercizi &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 15. Hai più fotografie di paesaggi ed elementi da usare in un disegno,che della tua famiglia &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 16. Qualcuno qualche volta ti ha detto 'che bello...architettura!!!Passerai tutto il tempo a disegnare!!' e tu mentalmente hai fatto la lista...: e gli esami di statica, scienza delle costruzioni, fisica tecnica,tecnologia matematica uno e due ecc. ecc.....?!?! e poi avresti voluto ucciderlo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 17. I tuoi incubi riguardano il non finire qualcosa o il non riuscire a fare qualche consegna&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 18. Puoi vivere senza contatto umano cibo, o luce del sole, però non puoi fare a meno di stampare col plotter.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 19. Ai tuoi genitori fa &gt;paura usare parole come 'carino' o brutto davanti a te&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 20. Non ti interessano le macchine sportive: un furgoncino è quello che può trasportare i plastici grandi!!!!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 21. Disegni cose spettacolari senza avere la minima idea del loro costo.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 22. Hai il marchio dell'architetto: un mal di schiena da stessa posizione per i dieci giorni prima dell'esame di laboratorio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 23. Riesci a dormire in qualsiasi posto, sopra tastiere, zaini, sui tuoi compagni, per terra mentre aspetti di stampare&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 24. Ogni volta che finisci di imparare un nuovo programma credi di essere super aggiornato, però poi ti rendi conto che ci sono almeno 1000 programmi nuovi per disegnare, che ancora non conosci &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 25. Quando finalmente trovi il tempo per uscire, i tuoi pensieri sono:" come sono progettati male i bagni della discoteca! questa non è la migliore uscita di emergenza! le scale non sono a norma..."&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 26. Uno degli spazzolini da denti che c'è nel tuo bagno è del tuo compagno di laboratorio. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 27. Tuo fratello crede di essere figlio unico...&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 28. Conosci a memoria tutti gli orari di apertura e di chiusura delle copisterie della tua città..&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 29. Sei in grado di sfogliare per ore riviste di architettura senza trovare quel maledettisimo dettaglio che ti serve...&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&gt; 30. Trascorsa in un lampo e senza che potessimo rendercene conto. Un ringraziamento particolare a Lorrè du portugao che ci ha ospitato trattandoci come principini/essa (glory, questa era solo per te...) e ci ha preparato un denso programma all'insegna dell'architettura, della musica, del'alcool e del cibo tipico e atipico. Grazie ancora!! L'unica pensiero che rimbomba nella nostra testa è che..... L'universitario medio, risponde con il piumone, la sciarpa, il cappello con le orecchie e la pastina..... &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;La &lt;strong&gt;Food&lt;/strong&gt;, inaugura così, una &lt;strong&gt;nuova rubrica dedicata al cibo&lt;/strong&gt;, soprattutto il cibo degli universitari!! Inauguriamo il nuovo servizio consigliandovi, per affrontare meglio le stagioni più fredde, la polenta accompagnata dalla salsiccia!! &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ricetta: Salsiccia e Polenta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Difficoltà:&lt;/strong&gt; 3/5&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tempo Richiesto (in minuti):&lt;/strong&gt; 90&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti (per 4 persone):&lt;/strong&gt; 1 cipolla, 3 gambi di sedano, 1 carota, 1/2 kg di pelati, prezzemolo tritato, 8 salamini verzini, 1/2 bicchiere di vino rosso, sale&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/strong&gt; Rosolare le salsicce con olio in un tegame a fuoco basso. Togliere dal fuoco dopo un quarto d'ora di cottura e nel sugo che avranno lasciato nella pentola affettare carota, cipolla, sedano, e prezzemolo. Lasciar imbiondire poi rimettere in pentola le salsicce, girarle due o tre volte e aggiungere mezzo bicchiere di vino. Quando sarà evaporato mettere i pelati e lasciar cuocere per un'ora e mezzo dopo aver salato. Attorno al &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;590&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, sotto il pontificato di San &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Gregorio&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; Magno, venne eletto Vescovo di &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Amiterno&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; in &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Sabina&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; (oggi &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;San Vittorino&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, nei pressi dell'&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aquila&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;). Secondo una passio ampiamente leggendaria, venne ingiustamente accusato di aver tradito la sua città al tempo della discesa dei &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;longobardi&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; in Italia: avrebbe subito il martirio per annegamento nel &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;597&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, ed il suo corpo, gettato nel fiume &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aterno&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; con una mola di pietra legata al collo, sarebbe stato miracolosamente trasportato dalla corrente fino alla foce del fiume, a &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Pescara&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, dove sarebbe stato raccolto e sepolto nella chiesa che poi gli fu intitolata (l'attuale &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;cattedrale&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;).
